I really wish I was thinking and took a picture yesterday, but I was sent out on a delivery for work yesterday and saw the most bad ass Wrangler. It was sitting on what looked like 8 inches of lift and had a 6 inch axle stretch. Sittin on on 35s and had dana 60s. It was a work of art… to whoever owns that, nice work man. If I spot you when I finish the Cherokee, let’s go wheeling!
So I finally got around to heading out to a No Name Just Friends cruise night. I have to say, I was really impressed with the turnout even with the impending rain. Although tonight’s show was on a small scale, it proved to have an excellent mix of automotive cultures. While the vast majority of the cars out tonight were classics and muscle cars, the seven of us driving imports were welcomed by the organizers of these events.
Most weeks, these cruise nights are held on Wednesday nights at Bridgeview’s Toyota Park from 6:00-9:00 P.M. While trophies and awards are handed out, competition is kept low. Awards are given on a raffle basis. Those who purchase raffle tickets are put into a drawing for the nights award.
All in all, this is an excellent event. In addition to a friendly and respectable group of people, Peppos Deli is on site serving up their unique and delicious subs all night!

Went out with a few people last Wednesday to get some shots. Devin, with PitStop Photo (LIKE THEIR PAGE!) snapped some really good ones of what my final set up is at.

Long awaited, here are some pictures of the new suspension set up. Can’t wait to get her downtown and take some real pics!
Well, after a long wait, I have finally installed coilovers on my Miata. I opted for the BC BR Type system as it seemed the most reliable for the money. So far after only a few hours and 2 test drives, I’m incredibly pleased! The ride quality is exceptional and it handles like a dream through the twisty back roads. Not to mention, installation of the product was quite simple.
Thats about all I’ve got on that for now. Stay tuned for pictures!
So over the past weekend, I attended the Pierceton, IN - Jellystone Campground’s 5th annual car show and 50’s weekend. There was certainly no shortage of phenomenal classics and customs! Enjoy photoset part 1!
